A Busy Child Preschool & Daycare specializes in the care and education of Preschoolers and Pre-K children. We accept children 2 years of age until they enter Kindergarten.

Admissions Appointment and Facility Tour

Open Enrollment is in January each year, and ends once all of our August openings have been filled. A scheduled tour/admissions appointment is necessary. You will need to print out and complete the Preschool Enrollment Application Form and bring this with you at the time of the tour. Families that are on our waiting list are contacted when space becomes available outside of Open Enrollment. For safety purposes, tours are scheduled only when openings are available.

Admissions appointments and tours are scheduled when there is space available for enrollment (Please see our Overview & Pricing page for current openings). The admissions appointment is conducted in the afternoon or evening, Monday through Friday. An appointment is necessary, so please contact us in advance to schedule. You are welcomed and encouraged to bring your child with to the appointment. 

 

At this time, you will meet with the provider and tour the center. This is also a great opportunity to ask any questions or concerns that you may have. You will receive an Enrollment Packet that contains the necessary paperwork that must be completed prior to your child's first day of enrollment. 
 

Enrollment Packet

The Enrollment Packet consists of: Registration Forms, Health Forms, Parent Handbook, Immunization Card, and Facility information.

 

It is required by state law that the Health Evaluation Form be completed and signed by your child's physician prior to the first day of care. An updated Immunization Card is also required. Both the Health Evaluation Form and the Immunization Card must be updated on an annual basis. 

 

The Enrollment Packet must be completed before care is to begin for your child. 
 

Security Retainer & Tuition

Upon enrollment, a security retainer equivalent to one week's tuition is required.

 

This must be received in advance in order to secure your child's space. The security retainer will be applied to your child's last week of enrollment if there are no outstanding balances on your account.

 

In addition, the Enrollment Packet with the first week's fee must be received in order for care to begin for your child. You are permitted to bring the Enrollment Packet and first week's tuition with you on your child's first day.
